Can you tell us about the company?
Hi. My name’s Rich Stern. I’m the senior sales director here at Bold Penguin. We’re helping automate the insurance ecosystem with small commercial. We’re helping agents, carriers, MGA, adjacent partners, and we’re helping them get into the digital age and make everything more efficient for their customers.
Can you walk us through your services?
You know, it’s interesting, so we have a bunch of different solutions. The first thing that we built was one of the largest insurance exchanges in the country where agents buy and sell leads to help them grow their business. We also help carriers with analytics and helping them enrich data. And then our latest and greatest product that we’ve got out there is our agent terminal, which is helping agents with a single point of entry, which are multiple quotes for their clients.
Any advice for others in the insurance industry?
Absolutely. If you’re in the insurance space and you’re seeing all these digital technologies that are out there right now, doing nothing is something. So get started, get involved and help your agencies grow.
